Terms of Service for Essay Writing and Other Projects

Payments for Projects
We can give you an estimate for the cost of the project but we will never ask you for a payment until we can guarantee that there is a writer who can create a paper exactly to the given specifications. You are under no obligation to make a purchase once you have received a quote but the deadline for the project will start only once the payment has been received by our company. You can then pay with PayPal or by your credit card provider which includes Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Price Calculations
Standard prices are based on the number of pages or the number of words required for the document. This price is then collaborated with the deadline of the project to give you an estimated price. Our writers then give us a quote for the project which we forward to you. Normally, the final price is lower than the estimated price since many of our writers believe that they can handle their specialty area projects at a lower rate.

Delivery of your Project
All projects are delivered to you via email as soon as they have been verified to be free of plagiarism and copyrighted material. All documents which are longer than a thousand words are read by a human proofreader who checks for grammatical errors and spelling mistakes which might be overlooked by software tools. The file can be delivered to you via email if you wish or you can login to the client area on the website to download the file to your computer.

Revisions Policy
If you are not satisfied with your project for any reason, you can ask your writer to revise the document. Minor revisions can be handled within 24 hours but longer or more intense revisions can take up to three days depending on how busy the writer is. We may not be able to entertain requests for revisions if the deadline has expired by two weeks or more. If you are not satisfied with the revisions made by a writer we can also assign a fresh writer to work on your project at no extra cost to you.

Refund Policy
Refunds can be given if a writer accepts the project and does not deliver the document or if the document is found to be plagiarized. However, we would appreciate that you give us the proof for such a situation since plagiarism also results in the termination of service for the writer in question. Additionally, Refunds in the case of plagiarism are always 100% along with a free project of equal value. If you are not satisfied with the output given by the writer or the revisions made by the writer and you still wish to get a refund, we will refund the amount paid for the paper less a 20% handling fee.

Usage Policy
The papers and college essays written for you are supposed to be used for research purposes only and as model papers. We believe that students who use such papers can benefit from the examples given to create their own material. We do not recommend in any way that you should submit the work done by us as your own. The copyright for material which is proofread for your or material which is evaluated on your behalf is retained by you.
